This year’s NatronaFest is slated to include several new food trucks that are sure to be popular with the Mustang crowd. Hangry Dog, I Scream 4 Wings, and Papa’s Pork Chops are all planning on setting up for the annual celebration, held this year on Thursday September 25th, 2025 on the north lawn.
I Scream 4 Wings sells wings, and also fries and ice cream. They also have many different ice cream flavors and sauces for wings. Wing flavors include garlic parmesan, sweet bbq, mango habanero, tennessee mustard and more. The owner of I Scream 4 Wings Brian Daniels has been experimenting with buffalo sauce for more than 2 years before he was satisfied with it, according to iscream4wings.com.
“They specially craft it. They make their own recipes,” said sophomore Tayler Zanolli when asked about what’s special about the ice cream from I Scream 4 Wings. Zanolli thinks the ice cream will be the most bought item from their food truck because, “it’s all handmade in Wyoming and it’s like buying ice cream from the store.” She also thinks the weather will influence what people will buy, but that most will get ice cream.
Hangry Dog makes traditional and creative hot dogs like kraut dogs, Philly dogs, Hawaiian dogs, Cuban dogs, and nacho dogs. Owner Kimberly Ireland enjoys making traditional and sometimes crazy toppings.
“I think it’s really cool that all these food trucks will be at Natrona Fest because Hangry Dog will be there and there one of my favorites,” said freshman Gabe Olson. Olson explained he always sees Hangry dogs trucks all over town and that whenever he sees it and has money he always makes sure to get a hot dog.
Papas Pork Chops, a barbecue food truck from Casper Wyoming, sells pork chops, ham and cheese, papa dogs, sloppy joe, and various flavored fries. According to their website, Papa’s Pork Chops food truck is “Where good taste and service never go out of style: Papa’s Pork Chops maintains this simple philosophy – serve only the highest quality products in a warm and friendly manner.”
